Refund and Exchange Policy
ISC will gladly transfer tickets to another performance with 24 hours notice.
No refunds can be given unless ISC cancels an entire performance before the start time AND a transfer to another performance is not possible.
Ludus Refund Policy
Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the event organizer (Ithaca Shakespeare Company).
All Ludus convenience fees are non-refundable.
